HIRE CALLING RANKED #17 IN THE 100 BEST COMPANIES TO WORK FOR IN OREGON

Medford, OR, March 4, 2009: Oregon Business magazine selected Hire Calling #17 overall among large companies as part of the "100 Best Companies to Work for in Oregon." The Best Companies to Work For program honors companies in Oregon that show a dedication to their employees' growth and quality of life. Final rankings in three categories: large, medium, and small companies were announced during a banquet at the Oregon Convention Center on February 26th, 2009.

This is the first year that Hire Calling has participated in the "100 Best" program and is one of only six Southern Oregon companies named on the list. Based on the results of employer and employee surveys, participants were measured against several criteria, including quality of workplace relationships, company communication practices, perception of senior leadership, opportunity for advancement and promotion, and overall job satisfaction.
