Based on the results of employer and employee surveys, participants were measured against several criterions, including quality of workplace relationships, company communication practices, perception of senior leadership, opportunity for advancement and promotion, and overall job satisfaction. All 2007 participants were analyzed and ranked against the above criteria, resulting in 30 finalists.
