Orange County, CA, April 24, 2008 - SOS Staffing Services, Inc., a leading provider of staffing and employment-related services in the western United States, today announced that it hired industry veteran Kathy Hoenisch as its first-ever Director of Business Development over California.
Kathy started her new role on March 31, 2008 and, as a key member of the management team, will report directly to JoAnn Wagner, SOS' chairman, president and CEO.
Based out of Orange County, Kathy's main goal is to build SOS' presence in California by supporting its new Bakersfield and Visalia staffing offices and helping other existing branches grow and succeed. Kathy will do this by servicing client needs and growing client relationships. Currently SOS has six offices in California under the Devon & Devon, TOPS and SOS Staffing brand names.
With more than 31 years of industry experience in the California market, Kathy will be instrumental in increasing SOS' market share. "We are excited to have Kathy on board in this valuable role," said JoAnn Wagner. "Her enthusiasm, local market knowledge and extensive background are a powerful combination that will help us better serve our clients and associates."
Kathy most recently held the position of Director of Recruiting with a southern California staffing service. Her strengths include major account management, strategic planning, account penetration and development, and recruiting. "I am passionate about being in the field, partnering with clients and being utilized for my industry expertise and ability to effectively execute."
