Newport Beach, CA, December 4, 2007 - Devon & Devon, a 33-year-old Orange County professional search firm, recently opened a new specialty division that focuses solely on staffing contact centers. Lawrence Solis, the former Director of Customer Care Operations at a major online retailer, was hired to spearhead this new division as the Director of Contact Center Specialty - located in Devon & Devon parent company headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah.

In his new role, Lawrence will take his more than 12 years of contact center support and operations experience and translate it into the staffing world - helping Devon & Devon gain the expert knowledge necessary to effectively recruit, place, train and retain top contact center candidates. "Part of what I'll be doing is consulting with contact centers on their challenges. If a client needs help isolating reasons for attrition and increasing retention - I can help. Devon & Devon's new contact center specialty will focus on recruiting and placing candidates in positions ranging from entry-level, front line Customer Service Representatives, to Workforce Managers, Directors and upper-level Managers.
